Job Function: Marketing / Advertising / PR

Job Status: Part-time, 15 – 20 hours per week

Compensation: Unpaid, for college credit

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support for agents regarding clients, listings, forms, and various other aspects of a transaction
• Heavy and consistent advertising/marketing of online ads for listings and other services
• Developing, creating, and executing unique and innovative graphic design and advertisements
• Planning advertising programs and making sales calls to prospective clients
• Increasing the visibility and familiarity of the First Step name and logo
• Circulation-servicing a geographic territory to promote the company’s sales
• Helping to manage FSR’s relationship with property managers and owners

Do you have what it takes to be part of our team?

• Enrollment in an accredited college or university
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with Microsoft Office
• Articulate, highly motivated and organized
• Skilled and articulate in making sales presentations
• Interest in Photography and Graphic Design
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret others’ ideas
• General knowledge of the local media market
